Negotiation is a two-way street and taking away an initial offer is a HUGE red flag 🚩🚩🚩🚩 probably not somewhere you’d love to work anyway. RUN! QUICKLY! IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION! In the long run, it’s never worth it
