Impact Report
Our First Five Years
2016 - 2021
In 2021, Hustle Crew turned five years old 🥳.
Our team grew to 15 including consultants in the US & UK.
We rolled out our first ever company-wide bias & inclusion workshops at NHS X, Brandwatch, Resident Advisor, Bloom & Wild, AllPlants and Global Web Index.
We became profitable! And we remain a proudly bootstrapped business fully owned by a Black & Asian female founder.
“I founded Hustle Crew after my own traumatic experience of facing bias at work. I’m delighted it has created positive impact across the tech ecosystem in such a short time. US Bureau of Labor Statistics data shows us that 20% of new businesses fail in their first five years. I’m so happy that we not only survived, but thrived! ”
- Abadesi Osunsade, Founder & CEO
