Anti-Bullying Policy

Hustle Crew is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and equitable environment for all consultants, facilitators, and participants involved in our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) training programs. We strictly prohibit any form of bullying, harassment, or discrimination in our workshops, seminars, online platforms, and any other interactions related to our programs.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Engaging in behaviour intended to intimidate, degrade, or humiliate others, including but not limited to verbal, non-verbal, and online interactions.

  • Displaying or promoting conduct that undermines the principles of DEI, including actions or language that discriminate against others based on race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

  • Using power dynamics or authority to silence, belittle, or marginalise participants or other consultants.

  • Sharing or distributing materials or messages that are harmful, abusive, or contrary to the values of DEI.

Commitment to DEI

All consultants and participants are expected to uphold the principles of DEI, actively contributing to an environment where everyone feels respected and valued. This includes being mindful of the impact of your words and actions and taking responsibility for creating a supportive learning environment.

Consequences

Violations of this clause may result in immediate removal from the training, suspension of consultancy roles, and/or termination of any contracts or agreements with Hustle Crew. We reserve the right to cancel any partnership if we witness or are informed of any bullying or harassment directed towards our consultants and facilitators. In such cases, no refund will be offered.

Reporting

We encourage anyone who experiences or witnesses bullying, harassment, or discrimination during our training to report the incident immediately to abadesi@hustlecrew.co. All reports will be handled with the utmost seriousness and confidentiality, with prompt investigation and appropriate action taken.
